Q. If I order cupcakes online how long will my cupcakes take to arrive?

A. We process orders every day of the week, and you will recieve a confirmation email to say we have recieved your order. We aim to get your cupcakes to you within 24hours of your confirmation email, however this may not always be possible depending on how busy we are. Cupcakes order online will not take longer than 3 days to reach you.

Q. Where do you deliver?

A. We deliver our cakes ourselves to ensure your cakes arrive in the same perfect condition they leave our kitchen. Therefore at the moment we can only deliver to Milton Keynes and Newport Pagnell (deliveries mon-sat) or to Buckingham, Winslow, Olney (deliveries twice a week-we will specify when your order will be delivered). We will also obviously deliver to any village inbetween. We tend to deliver in the evening as we require you to be in to take your delivery-we don't want to leave your cupcakes on the door step!) but we are happy to deliver any time of day-for instance on the morning of your party.

Q. Do you make cakes other than those pictured on the website?

A. YES! We can make any design on a cupcake. Please use the contact form torequest a design. We will then email you back, send you a design drawing, get approval/tweak design, then make your cakes. You wont be charged loads extra for having your own design-we make all our cakes to order anyway so it makes no difference to us! We can take on any request-we have have seen and done it all! Just tell us what you want!
